The Delivery Time is comprised of the Processing Time and Shipping Time. As our products are handmade, the Processing Time for most styles is within 24-48 hours, while custom styles will require 7-14 days for Processing Time. If you have an urgent purchase, please inquire with us before placing an order. All products will be shipped from our studio in China, and we offer free standard shipping throughout New Zealand. The Shipping Time typically ranges from 10 to 20 days. Occasional delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors. However, we want to assure you that FancyLine is committed to minimizing any inconveniences that may arise, and we will make every effort to address and mitigate any unforeseen circumstances. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
