WARRANTY
We employ the finest enamel craftsmanship to create our inspired pieces. The metal base of our products is crafted from copper, complemented by an 18K gold plating. The posts of our earrings are made of s925 silver.

12-Month Warranty:
There is a 12-month warranty on Fancy Line products
*We will only exchange or repair products that we find to be faulty. Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
*Products with leather, resin, elastic, or string components have a warranty of 6 months. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.

Warranty excludes:
Like all quality jewellry, Fancy Line products require special care. This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear including tarnishing and scratching
- Mistreatment of jewellery: Broken, bent, stretched or scratched product caused by being dropped, pulled, knocked or otherwise mistreated
- Failure to care for & store jewellery as per our Cleaning & Care guidelines
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorised repair or alteration to the product
- Natural variation: Fancy Line products are handmade, so slight variations between products may exist, which adds to the beauty of the jewellery and are not considered faults. Products may vary in appearance, colour & size (from other units of the same product and from product images used in promotional materials)
